in new construction and remodeling we will work with your architect or designer to ensure your cabinets are strong enough and installed to properly support the extra weight of concrete. for existing kitchens and baths, we'll assess your cabinetry and create a plan for reinforcement if necessary.
after choosing color, finish, and custom features, we will create a 3D model of your surface, including any integral drainboards, soap dishes, inlays, and faucet penetrations. from the 3D model, blueprints are created, and can be converted to any format your architect requires.
after permanent installation of your cabinets, we'll make an on-site template from which your custom mold will be created, ensuring a perfect fit. all surfaces are polished by hand to 800 grit, and 2 coats of penetrating color enhancing matte sealer are topped with carnuba wax, which can be re-applied monthly, if desired.
give us a week or two to build the mold (depending on size and complexity), another 3 to 4 weeks for cure and finish, and the concrete will be ready to install.
